1980-1989: PRO ARTE Conservatory in Rio de Janeiro - Internship and improvisation course.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE:

2007 - 2018: Brazilian guitar teacher at the Atla School in Paris (18th).

2010 - 2021: Teacher of classical guitar, guitar ensemble and Computer Assisted Music at the "Georges Bizet" municipal conservatory in Vésinet (Yvelines). 8 p.m. weekly.

2012 - 2015: Classical guitar teacher at the Bailly School of Music and Dramatic Art - Noisy-le-Roi (Yvelines). 6 hours a week.

2008 - 2010: Classical guitar teacher at the Musical and Artistic Center of Fleury-Mérogis (Essonne) - Conservatory with municipal influence. 6 hours a week.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE RELATED TO BRAZILIAN MUSIC

1989 - 2007: Guitarist accompanist for singers, samba troupes and traditional chorinho and bossa nova groups. Concerts in festivals in France (Nantes, Bourges, Angers, Rennes, Lille) and abroad (Munich, Zurich, Lisbon, Estoril Casino, Verona).

• In Paris, concerts in many renowned places such as: the Petit Journal Montparnasse, the Théâtre du Rond-Point Champs-Elysées, the New Morning, the Régine's, the Divan du Monde, the Pub Mojito Habana, the Latino Café, the Satellite Café, l'Escurial and many others.

1997 - 2015: Conductor, arranger and guitarist of the Rio Dancing Orchestra (8 musicians) and Brasil Social Club (7 musicians), performing various traditional Brazilian music for dances: samba, forró, marcha and carnival frevo, etc.

• Examples of dates with the Rio Dancing Orchestra: carnivals at the Maison du Brésil (2001, 2002, 2003), cocktails and private evenings at the Brazilian Embassy in Paris, evening at Laboratoires Pharmaceutiques Chiron France, concert at the Trianon Palace in Versailles .

PERSONAL COMPOSITIONS:

Pieces for solo guitar, pieces for vocals and accompanying guitar and compositions for guitar and small ensemble of a camerata (transverse flute, violin, viola, cello and percussions).

• Representations of the Camerata by Renato Velasco : autumn concerts at Wood Cottage organized by the City of Vésinet (2015 and 2017), the musicians composing this group being mostly professors from the Georges Bizet conservatory.

Brazilian Guitar - Brazilian Guitar, launched in October 2005, is an album of my compositions for solo guitar, accompanied by percussions (free listening on my website).

Brazil Legendary titles launched in February 2006, is a compilation of personal interpretations of famous pieces from the Brazilian repertoire.

January 2006: Publication of my method The Brazilian Guitar published by Henry Lemoine, still distributed to this day in music bookstores. Transcription of more than one hundred Brazilian rhythms and references to Brazilian music standards ...

2010 to 2017: Regular publication of scores of my educational compositions, commented by myself, in the quarterly magazines Guitare Classique (Landscape section of Latin America) and Guitarist Acoustic, both published by Duchâteau.
