I am very happy to celebrate my 60th birthday by participating in this Bossa Nova festival.

Imagine the ocean gently caressing the burning sand… then tenderly withdrawing before surging forth again in a furiously euphoric and joyful surge, exploding its cheerful waves on the nearby reefs.
The music of this new trio reflects this vision: delicate and poignant, free and restrained, joyful and melancholic.To say they play Brazilian music would be an understatement… “OSZERE’s” repertoire consists of original compositions that reinvent themselves at each concert, adapting to the musicality of the moment. A simplicity and a connection that leave us both speechless and delighted.

The Camerata of guitarist Renato Velasco is a very important project inThis is my artistic journey as a guitarist and composer. After a long career of As a soloist and accompanist, this is an achievement that solidifies my determination as a composer.A musician passionate about the guitar and researching different music and instruments.
La Camerata favors the fusion of Brazilian musical roots (Samba, Baião, Choro…) and traditional genres from the five regions of Brazil (Musica Caipira, Guarania, Lundu, Capoeira music…) with arrangements derived from classical and jazz musical conceptions.
The repertoire, consisting of his own compositions, is also enriched by music from Brazilian composers and other nationalities. He invites us on a cultural journey through a Brazil of tropical atmospheres and diverse sounds.
In this project he is accompanied by five musicians: a string trio (violin, viola and cello), with flute and percussion.
Renato Velasco, master of the seven-string guitar and the Viola Caipira, enriches some pieces of his concert with vocals. With a minimalist and expressionistic style characteristic of the singer-songwriter, the emphasis is placed on emotion rather than vocal technique.
His interpretation and inspiration come as much from traditional Brazilian music as from improvised music or influences from so-called music scholar.
